Job Summary/Overview

Development, design, and programming of quoting tools for Dorner conveyors using DriveWorks software. Development, design, and programming of automated 3D models for the quoting tools in DriveWorks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and development of projects for the Dtools website.
  • Creation of programmable models in SolidWorks.
  • Programming in DriveWorks (Front End / Back End).
  • Technical documentation of processes, configurations, and developments carried out.
  • Functional testing and validation of developed tools prior to release.
  • Participation in project review meetings and progress tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and programming best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

  • Experience working with 3D models in SolidWorks
  • Experience with a programming language (C, C++, Visual Basic, .NET, or C#)
  • DriveWorks (Desirable)

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of design, programming, mechanics, electronics, and robotics.
  • Ability to solve logical-mathematical problems.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
