Job Summary/Overview

The Business Development Specialist will be focused on E-Commerce and Strategic Accounts, including growing Columbus McKinnon’s eCommerce business by creating end user preference for CMCO products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • 负责所分配区域的销售工作,并直接负责现有经销商/起重机合作伙伴。

  • 评估市场趋势,收集竞争对手信息,识别影响当前和未来区域销售和盈利增长的趋势。

  • 负责渠道策略的制定和渠道合作伙伴商业计划的顺利执行,包括合同谈判,销售,市场和服务进入市场的计划等。

  • 与相应的内部团队协调,生成并交付中标的合同标书、建议书和工作报告。

  • 理解,开发和扩大区域,从而实现并超过月度、季度和年度销售目标。

  • 招聘和管理渠道合作伙伴,包括经销商/系统集成商/起重机合作伙伴。

  • 完成公司管理层安排的其他工作。

Required Qualifications

 

  • 大专及以上学历,机械工程、机电工程、船舶与海洋工程专业。

  • 3-5年以上起重设备或相关行业销售经验。具备造船、船舶领域项目经验,了解电动葫芦和气动葫芦产品。

  • Auto CADSolidWorks经验者优先

  • 具备一定的中英文书面沟通能力,有很强的理解客户需求的意识和能力。
