Job Summary/Overview
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales in the assigned regions with direct account responsibility for a set of existing partners and end-users, with focus on building relationships and developing new distributors/system integrators and end-users.

2. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

3. Demonstrate full understanding of sale campaigns/offerings/new products and product upgrades to communicate them clearly to end users/distributors/system integrators/sale executives.

4. Build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business associations to acquire new customer base.

5. An entrepreneurial individual who can help accelerate company business presence in all the relevant markets within their defined territory.

6. Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service, supported by other team members.

7. Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities.

8. Responsible for creation of sales strategies and successful execution of partner business plans including contract negotiations, sales, marketing and services go to market plans.

9. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

10. Understand, develop, and grow territory whereby monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded.

11. Understand and convey key business issues facing distributors/system integrators/end users.

12. Develop sales plan to provide market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales target.

13. Recruit and manage the channel partners including but not limited to distributors/Systems Integrators.

14. Develop and plan sales/marketing activities and campaigns within each country.

15. Understand, where appropriate, opportunities for localization of our products and services. 适时了解我们产品和服务本地化。
16. Maintain sufficient activity levels to achieve sales target (Quota) and build appropriate pipelines to achieve quarterly sales targets for the following quarters.

5. Excellent knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with conveyance systems, competitors and market landscape is required.

6. Have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills as well as the demonstrated ability to work as a team.

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
本科及以上学历,电子工程或机电工程专业。
2. At least 5-8 years sales experience in conveyance system or related industry. Have project experience in life sciences, automotive industry.
5 - 8年以上输送线或相关行业销售经验。具备生命科学、汽车行业项目经验。
3. Current experience with Auto CAD, Visual Components and SolidWorks will be added advantage.
有Auto CAD,可视组件 和SolidWorks经验者优先。
4. Oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and have a strong sense and ability to understand our customer's needs.
