Job Summary/Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Servicing of montrac® installations in China.
    Checking, analysis and repair of components.
    Close cooperation with interface departments to improve products.
    Continuous information to existing customers about new products and product upgrades.
    Coordination of technical advice for potential and existing customers.
    Conduct thorough inspections and testing of conveyor machinery after service to ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards.
    Verify that all components are functioning correctly, and that the machinery meets safety and performance specifications.
    Provide comprehensive training to end-users and integrators on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the machinery.
    Ensure customers are fully aware of all features and functionalities and address any questions or concerns they may have.
    Delivery of regular status reports to the supervisor.
    Writing analysis and repair reports.
    Active market and competitive observation, evaluation and support in the preparation of analyzes and benchmarks.
    Matching customer requirement - Potential montrac application fit.
    Participation in fairs, symposia, conferences etc.
    Monitor production processes of the customer and discover cross-selling potentials and, if necessary, technical requirements for montratec products
    Ad hoc reports and tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

    High technical capability and troubleshooting ability
    Strong on-site communication skill, ability of multi-tasking.
    Able to communicate to various functions and work with teams with multiple background cultures. 
    Frequent travel is required for on-site trouble shooting.
    Quality and safety awareness.
    Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and entrepreneurial
    Reliability and analytical skills 
    Exhibits high interest for montratec systems 
    Ideally have a strong network with both end-users and agencies
    Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
    High loyalty, trustworthy
    Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical, electronics, automation or related.
•    5+ years of experience in servicing automation and/or industrial solutions.
•    Experience working with an industrial machinery integrator.
•    Fluency in English (commercially and technically).
•    Good business sense, good understanding of business processes.
•    Self-motivated/Self-disciplined.
