Job Summary/Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides routine administrative and clerical support to the General Manager and leadership team. This role helps ensure the efficient day‑to‑day functioning of the office by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling general administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Meeting & Communication Support
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute follow‑up materials
- Assist with internal communications as directed by the General Manager
Office & Routine Tasks
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed
- Support basic data entry and reporting tasks including maintaining weekly key performance indicators.
- Assist with other clerical or administrative duties as assigned
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal employees

- Ability to build relationships both internally and externally to support customer needs
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience supporting leadership preferred
- Familiarity with basic office and administrative procedures
- Valid driver license
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
