Job Summary/Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Services, this role collaborates closely with the Sales and Service teams to deliver schedule updates, prepare quotes, manage invoicing, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries by directing them to the appropriate resources. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess a strong background in customer support, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional customer service by promptly addressing questions and concerns through effective team collaboration.
  • Coordinate scheduling and maintain communication for order verification throughout the service process.
  • Oversee and update quotes, purchase orders, time records, work orders, and invoices.
  • Monitors and records road service hours worked.
  • Support the Sales Team with expo coordination and setup.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Ability to define issues, examine alternatives, and assess impacts.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities, ensuring efficient prioritization and completion of tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with existing accounts.
  • Competence in interacting and communicating professionally with others.
     

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer support, preferred.
