Job Summary/Overview

Salesforce Administration:

•Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

•Implement Salesforce best practices, including data hygiene, user management, and security protocols.

•Customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the marketing team, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.

•Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Marketing Automation:

•Oversee the setup and management of marketing automation tools integrated with Salesforce.

•Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring via cross collaboration with regional digital teams.

•Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Campaign Project Management:

•Orchestrate projects by defining goals, conducting kick-off and proceeding meetings with product/sales experts and needed team members.

•Build reports and dashboards, and connect campaigns from Pardot to Salesforce.

•Build and manage tasks and projects in Asana.

•Ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

•Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.

•Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

•Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.

•Ensure campaigns are strategized with a holistic approach, delivering measurable outcomes tracked against opportunities and revenue.

Technical Documentation:

•Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge articles.

•Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Campaign Building and Maintenance:

•Build and maintain marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.

•Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.

•Ensure demand generation and digital content are appropriately tracked and tagged back to the campaign for trackability in global regions.

Prospect Segmentation:

•Implement automations within tools to ensure proper segmentation for deeper account/persona-based marketing.

Executive Level Buy-In and Adoption:

•Secure executive-level buy-in by understanding and mimicking processes within the tool.

•Promote the adoption of marketing tools and processes across the organization.

User Adoption and Training:

•Drive user adoption of marketing tools and processes.

•Provide global training and troubleshooting support on all tools to active users.

 

Process Improvement:

•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and Salesforce administration

  • 3-5 years with Salesforce Account Engagement / Pardot, Campaign Management and Salesforce Support.
