Job Summary/Overview

This position will assist in in the coordination, staging and documentation for conveyor shipments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing shipping documentation and loading trucks throughout the day.
  • Communicating with both internal and external customer regarding order status, mode of transport questions, documentation, tracking, claims, etc.
  • Proactively identifies and fixes shipping errors by utilizing Epicor reports and product knowledge.
  • Work in a safe manner to keep you and your team incident free.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned such as auditing inquiries, assisting other cells, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of shipping documentation both domestically and internationally.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands.
  • Basic computer skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
  • Sit down forklift certified and/or willing to obtain.
  • Stand up forklift certification desirable.   

Work Schedule

7 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday 

Compensation

$18 - $22+ per hour, depending on experience
