Job Summary/Overview

Working as the HR expert, responsible for all HR affairs in the plant, implement HR strategies/policies from HQ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate;

Conduct the whole recruitment process including screening and interviewing, work together with hiring managers for candidates’ selection;

Optimize the organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions;

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements;

Conduct trainings for internal performance management, policies, etc.

Support training programs based on practical methods that include new learning technologies and training facilitators;

Responsible for yearly talent review and development plan.

Responsible for payroll payment, bonus calculations.

Develop the improvement plan based on local, and market data;

Design and implement for employee retention program;

Support for performance management cycle.

Support for employee engagement survey and take action to improve employee’s experience; Other tasks assigned by the company.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases;

Excellent training and developmental skills;

Strong organizational skills and mult-tasking skills;

Time management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management;

6 years or above HR related working experience, at least 2 years in known multinational company, with demonstrated experience/success in Recruitment, Training, C&B, Retention, Performance Review and Talent Management;

Familiar with local governmental laws, rules, regulations and/or practices about employment, safety, environment and health;

Capable of developing, improving and maintaining company HR procedures and system.
