Repair Admin Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Arrange collection of repairs with Processing Manager.
Receive, manage, and control customers documentation in the Yale system.
Update company systems: Pastel & CRM, Salesforce.
Assist customers and external sales with queries and requests.
Complete costings sheets and quotations.
Prepare proforma invoices for cash sale customer.
Prepare BOM’s for repairs.
Support Workshop & Quality Manager with admin functions.
Manage New Loco Jacks process.
Service Delivery and meeting deadlines.

Job Summary/Overview

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

Knowledge of client’s procedures and technical requirements.

Understanding of suppliers exploded views & products.
Strong product knowledge.
Knowledge of the company’s products.
Knowledge of the company’s services.
Knowledge of the company’s systems SharePoint, Lifting Connect, CRM, Excel,
Internet, and Outlook.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Strong Computer literacy. (Computer/IT skills) Knowledge.

Matric - grade 12
