Job Summary/Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Responsible for the sales in the assigned regions with direct account responsibility for a set of existing distributors and developing crane partners.

2.    Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

3.    Demonstrate full understanding of sale campaigns/offerings to communicate them clearly to distributors/crane partners sale executives. 
熟知销售活动/产品,经销商/起重机合作伙伴/销售负责人清晰沟通。
4.    Build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business associations to acquire new customer base. 
建立网络,与专业人士和商业协会建立关系,以获得新的客户基础。
5.    An entrepreneurial individual who can help accelerate company business presence in all the relevant markets within their defined territory.

6.    Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service. 
积极管理和建立客户关系,提供良好的售后服务。
7.    Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities.

8.    Responsible for creation of channel strategies and successful execution of Channel partner business plans including contract negotiations, sales, marketing and services go to market plans.

9.    Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

10.    Understand, develop, and grow territory whereby monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded.

11.    Understand and convey key business issues facing distributors/crane partners and customers.

12.    Develop sales plan to provide market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales target.

13.    Recruit and manage the channel partners including distributors/crane partner.

14.    Develop and plan sales/marketing activities and campaigns within each country.

15.    Understand, where appropriate, opportunities for localization of our products and services. 适时了解我们产品和服务本地化。
16.    Maintain sufficient activity levels to achieve sales target (Quota) and build appropriate pipelines to achieve quarterly sales targets for the following quarters.

17.    Perform other jobs assigned by the company management.

5.    Excellent knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with lifting systems, competitors and market landscape is required.

6.    Have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills as well as the demonstrated ability to work as a team.

7.    Be able to demonstrate a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and a willingness to work hard to succeed.

8.    Willing to travel 60% of the time to regional hub to continuously grow the business.

9.    Oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and have a strong sense and ability to understand our customer's needs.

10.    Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

11.    Ability to uphold ethical and Company standards in business activities.

12.    Have the relationship crane companies in general industries and proved projects histories.

Required Qualifications

1.    Associate or above degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronic Engineering. 
大专及以上学历,机械工程或机电工程专业。
2.    At least 3-5 years sales experience in lifting machines or related industry. Have project experience in crane segment.
3 - 5年以上起重设备或相关行业销售经验,具备起重机项目经验。
3.    Current experience with Auto CAD and SolidWorks will be added advantage. 
有Auto CAD和SolidWorks经验者优先。
