We are searching for an Advisor, Talent Acquisition, EMEA for our subsidiary in Székesfehérvár!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will work on the following tasks with the supervision and directions given by your line manager:
• You manage the application process for our locations in the EMEA region – for the positions that were given to you.
• You manage, follow and administrate the recruitment process in SAP Success Factors, Recruiting module.
• You conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn to acquire passively searching candidates on the market.
• You are in constant dialog with applicants, departments, and HR colleagues in the region.
• You ensure an optimal candidate journey and candidate satisfaction.
• You represent the company at carreer days and job fairs together with our colleagues.
• You contribute to the development of our employer brand and participate in employer branding initiatives actively.
• You will work with managers and local HR colleagues to ensure an optimal onboarding process.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
• Fun and enjoyment in recruiting new team members
• High social competence and fun in communication
• Positive mindset
• Ideally you have some experience in working in a global, matrix organization and working with regional / international scope, but we are also happy if this would be the next step for you, that motivates you :-)
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree, preferably in HR
• Native or Bilingual Hungarian language
• Minimum active intermediate level of German and English both verbally and written
