The role of the Graphic Designer focuses on managing and updating our catalogs and technical collateral materials across EMEA and APAC markets. The ideal candidate will perform graphical updates and prepare language variants while ensuring strict adherence to our company's Corporate Identity and Design Guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a limited volume of marketing materials while playing a key role in maintaining our design standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•    Update and manage catalogs, technical collaterals, and select marketing materials to align with Corporate Identity and brand design standards.
•    Create language variants and minor graphical updates based on regional and market requirements.
•    Work with Excel inputs and other source documents to produce accurate and visually engaging deliverables using design software.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of graphical updates and revisions.
•    Maintain consistency and quality in all visual communications and ensure compliance with established design guidelines.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

•    Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe FrameMaker, or equivalent design programs that can effectively process Excel inputs.
•    Demonstrated experience in graphic design, specifically handling updates and language variants for catalogs or technical collateral.
•    Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain consistency across multiple deliverables.
•    Familiarity with corporate design guidelines and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across international teams in EMEA and APAC regions.
