Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- You work in our Shared Service in Székesfehérvár and communicate regularly with the specialised buyers at the locations of our production plants in Europe
- In day-to-day business, you create orders in the ERP system and send them to our international suppliers
- You maintain the master data in the ERP system according to the specifications of Engineering and the specialised buyers in the production plants and Controlling
- You have good time management skills and monitor orders in terms of criteria, costs and deadlines and you can report your daily activities to your superiors.
- You communicate efficiently and quickly in the event of deviations, such as reminders and price deviations, to the supplier and the specialised buyers in the production plants
- You support quality management in communicating supplier deficiencies and possible charges
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
Due to your communication skills and negotiating strength, you form a stable network between specialised buyers in the production plants and the suppliers to ensure our economic requirements.
Based on your professional experience or training, you have the ability to proceed in a structured, analytical and target-orientated manner. We require good German and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP also MM-EK & MM-BF is a must for further interviews
- You have education in the commercial sector and good knowledge of administration and logistics
- Experience in communicating with suppliers, evaluating suppliers, monitoring prices and conditions.
- You are familiar with decentralised Group structures and requirements such as purchasing guidelines and quality specifications.
