We are looking for a back-office employee to join our Sales team as an Tecnical Sales Representative in Székesfehérvár, Hungary!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of contracts:

  • Preparing commercial contracts and agreements, including assessing customer requirements, conducting risk analyses and negotiating contractual terms such as price, deadlines, quality and payment terms. Drafting offers and contracts in close cooperation with the relevant departments. Contracts are concluded in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Responding immediately to market demands, providing quick quotations and accurate specifications of customer requirements, minimising risks, establishing terms and conditions favourable to the company and ensuring comprehensive agreements that exclude loopholes that could give rise to subsequent disputes.

Contract implementation:

  • Monitoring contract performance to ensure customer expectations are met; keeping track of implementation; and conducting consultations with customers, relevant departments and partners in the event of any deviations.
  • Providing a comprehensive service to customers, handling customer requests appropriately within the company and responding quickly to them, and maintaining close working relationships with customers, relevant departments and subcontractors. Keeping up to date with contract implementation and taking the necessary measures in case of deviations.

Complaints:

  • Handling customer complaints and warranty issues effectively to increase customer satisfaction in close cooperation with the relevant departments. Monitoring the handling of complaints and warranty issues.
  • Respond quickly to complaints and warranty requests and clarify the exact nature of the request.
  • Providing a one-stop service involving all relevant departments to ensure fast and accurate administration and increase customer satisfaction.

Calculations and pricing:

  • Accurate calculations taking into account costs and expenses, in close cooperation with the relevant departments and controlling. Competitive pricing based on calculations and market opportunities to maintain and expand the market for products and services within the company's portfolio.
  • Fast and accurate calculations that take into account costs and expenses, setting realistic, competitive prices and contributing to increased company profitability by exploiting market opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

  • Minimum high school graduation or higher (preferably business or technical degree)
  • 2-4 years’ experience in back office sales
  • Active Intermediate-level of English is required, and any level of German is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in technology and technological developments
  • Customer-focused approach and good negotiation skills
  • A team player attitude
  • Open and positive personality
