Job Summary/Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Engineer to join our sales team in the Actuator business. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and will provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our actuator products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visiting customer place & understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Assist in the development of new sales strategies and goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

  • Experience with MS Office, CRM software and very good presentation skills, analytical ability.
  • Hindi speaking / writing is a must
  • Willingness to travel, smart, growth oriented.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the application development, Key accounts, direct selling of gearboxes, electric drives, pumps, valves (industrial products), material handling, project sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of actuator products and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
